On a clear day you can see from Bolinas point, Stinson beach, the Farallon Islands, to the city of San Francisco!Ī short hike down to the beach allows you to swim, dive, and potentially surf the ocean below. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table.Įach site has its own name which creates a special atmosphere. There is only parking for 1 car per site and also several cabins that can be rented.Ī camp host is on site and there are bathrooms and water spigots throughout the campground. Gain access through a private locked gate, and descend about 1 mile down to the bluff's edge. On a clear day, the sunsets are unforgettable. This campsite is only 45 minutes from San Francisco and provides unreal ocean views of Stinson Beach, the Farallon Islands, and incredible views of the western portion of San Francisco.
